exmoordave
This annual Fair organised by The Exmoor Coast Railway Modellers is being held on Saturday 4th March 2017, at our regular venue - Richard Huish College, South Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA1:3DZ. It will be open from 10.00am to 3.00pm and admission is still only £2.00. This bright, modern venue is on the B3170, on the south side of the town and about 5 minutes drive from Junction 25 on the M5. There will be around 100 tables selling mainly model railways, but also, diecast vehicles, games, toys, books etc. It is set completely on the ground floor , and the new restaurant will be serving hot & cold food/drinks all day. Last year's event was our most successful ever, and it remains one of the friendliest, lots of FREE adjacent parking!!! Please come and see us and pick up a bargain or two! So please PM me if you may want to sell some items from your collection, you would be very welcome. Also, just to add that there will now be DVDs on sale as well, just to add the mix. devonseasider
Also, just to add that there will now be DVDs on sale as well, just to add the mix. Good morning Dave, Marcus, Tom et Al (whoever Al is!). Tell me more about these DVDs - just boring trains? Or are they "proper" DVDs, know what I mean - nudge nudge, wink wink - say no more . . . . . Will it be worth the trek over the Blackdowns to the mighty metropolis? Brown envelopes supplied or do I need to bring my own? Seriously, though, look forward to seeing you on Saturday, God willing, & hope your efforts prove worthwhile.
exmoordave
Hi Mr. B. What sort of DVDs are 'nudge, nudge, wink, wink' ones? My convent upbringing never taught me about things like that.........Brown envelopes are extra..... But seriously folks..... yes mainly boring railway ones - surprise, surprise!! Anyway I shall look forward to seeing you - it must be your turn to buy me tea & a sticky bun!! Thanks for the good wishes though, the forecast is mainly dry, so fingers crossed. devonseasider
Anyway I shall look forward to seeing you - it must be your turn to buy me tea & a sticky bun!! So how does that work ? Seems that every time I see you it's my turn to buy you a cup of something & a sticky wotnot . . . . Must be some kind of strange Zummerzet ritual. When I get into power we're going to build a wall, a big, big wall, round Zummerzet & charge a levy on anything that goes in or comes out!
exmoordave
There's some nasty people around......... And you never bought the sticky wotnot. I think you can get ointment for that............
