Nelson Jackson
The model rail sentinel as mentioned above is a great model. I have one and it's running capabilities are superb.
RMweb Gold tractionman Posted October 21, 2016 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 21, 2016 Maybe but are they a slow runner for shunting wagons about? I've now got the lead weights stuffed in the chassis and on the inside of the body of my repainted Caley pug and following reassembly can report decent slow running, even over insulfrog peco points, much to my pleasant surprise. I've toned down the rubbish paint job I'd attempted by weathering and it looks better. Ok, not everyone's cup of tea, but for less than twenty quid and a few evenings tinkering I've got a passable enough (for me) industrial type saddle tank. All the best, Keith
