Retro_man
The ex LNER C16 4-4-2T engines were classified as 2P however when looking at photos of them in BR days there appears to be another letter following the 2P on the bunker side. See Mike Morant's photo of 67484 - https://mikemorant.smugmug.com/Trains-Railways-British-Isles/Scottish-and-BRSc/Scotland-NBR-1/i-R3FRbFg I have tried enlarging the photos I can find on the internet but have still not been able to decide what letter it is. Can any one on RMWeb assist please? Thanks in advance, Steve Canada

Retro_man
Hi Steve It is a T. have a look at: http://www.62cmodels.com/images/Pic1004_large.jpg Regards. Thanks Bill, It just shows the power of RMWeb as within an hour of asking the question you gave me the answer :-) I had been scouring the internet for weeks and never found that photo! It also shows the rear end details quite clearly - too bad I didn't have it sooner... Steve
