DelticBlade Posted October 28, 2016 Share Posted October 28, 2016 I've programmed the decoder as per the instruction manual (including CV2 to value of 21) but all I get is a steady green with no changes. Has anyone else had such an issue? I have checked, swapping wires around as the long wires as described in the instructions are only fractionally longer than others. Thanks in advance.
