SebWelsh Posted April 26, 2017 Share Posted April 26, 2017 Hello all, Just posting to let you know that tomorrow (Thurs 27th) marks the start of the four day Spring Steam Gala at the West Somerset Railway. This also means that our Station Shop at Bishops Lydeard will be holding an excellent Gala promotion of an additional 10% off marked prices on all model railway items. All our locos have 10% off RRPs, so some great bargains to be had. We also have stock of lots of discontinued locos which are difficult to find online and also on the opposite end of the scale we have all the newest items including Hornby Merchant Navies and Collett Coaches. So why not come and grab yourself a bargain or find something that you have been searching for. We are also now stocking some certain lines from Gaugemaster, including Springside Lamps, Kadee couplings, Roco HOe wagons and also Gaugemaster products themselves. All proceeds from sales go towards projects on the WSR, including overhaul of GWR Prairie 4561. There won't be any charge to enter the station, so why not stay for a while and watch the gala trains including 5 visiting engines (5199, 1501, 76017, 78018 and 43924).
