chrisf
How did you do that, Steve? When most people edit their posts it says so. Chris
RMweb Gold bourneagain Posted June 22, 2017 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 22, 2017 Just as a matter of interest, if you fancy something else to do after you leave the show and it’s not too late in the afternoon; take a stroll down to Hoddesdon Town Centre, where there is a Free Vintage & Classic Vehicle Display taking place, which is well worth a visit. Just by sheer coincidence it occurs on the same date each year as the model railway show, but they are unconnected. The town centre is about a mile away from the Academy, but to those of you driving, I believe that you are able to get 2 hours free car parking in the adj Sainburys Store (no purchase necessary) which is a few minutes’ walk away from the display; other adjacent payment cars parks are available. I have no connection with this display, only as a satisfied visitor to both events over a number of years.
