Paul-H
Hi allFor those who have successfully used the Dapol NEM Coupling Conversion Kit, can I ask what glue you used?I have tried the usual plastic glues from Tamiya and Revel but found the bond to be very weak, so far the only success I have had as been through using an epoxy but that makes it difficult to attain a neat clean installation, has anyone found a better option.ThanksPaul
amdaley
Try a contact glue like Bostik or Evostick.
Vanders
I've always used epoxy, but you need to be careful to keep it away from the NEM pockets.

RMweb Gold Dunsignalling Posted January 29, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 29, 2018 (edited) I've always found that fitting the #5 types is pretty easy and look better than the NEM. Agree with the use of contact type cement. John Aren't the Dapol NEM conversion kits only for N Gauge stock? A #5 Kadee is definitely not going to look better on that.
