Thanks in advance. Mike Yes, they look better and work fine. Be sure to fettle them to allow them to slide allowing vertical movement otherwise you may find bogies lifting off the track. RMweb Gold Dunsignalling Posted January 30, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 30, 2018 (edited) As suggested by Martin in his post, these do fit together very tightly and, without a bit of fettling, that can cause issues under some conditions, notably changes of gradient, by being too stiff within the train. Like the standard links, they are great if you leave trains undisturbed on the layout. If you exhibit, regularly swap stock over, or reform trains check out the Roco auto-coupler heads, which are much more convenient for that kind of thing.
