Glorious NSE Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 FWIW, sent them a message and they sorted out the issue I had (which was it wouldn't recognise the password i'd used before in the old shop, then told me the linked email address did not exist in their system, then told me I couldn't use that email address to set up a new account because it already existed in their system....) - so if anyone needs to order from them and is struggling with the shop sign up (it was also telling me that the UK postcode for the UK address i'd entered wasn't found in their list of US postcodes...) i'd drop them a line on their contact email.
