Covkid
Have the HSTs arrived at Haymarket yet? when do they start work? Scotrail have taken delivery of a few powercars in the "seven capitals" livery but AFAIK haven't received any power door trailers yet. There is a least one rake of rebranded FGW blue liveried MK3s for training purposes
edin_bry2x
I believe there are 3 training sets based at Haymarket, Dundee and Aberdeen. Still no converted Mk3s yet just de-branded ex GWR stock, although there are a couple of Power Cars in the new livery though. Bry
RMweb Gold MarshLane Posted March 28, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 28, 2018 First coaching stock set due out of Doncaster at the end of April according to a piece in today's Railway Herald magazine. Also first set in passenger service from the May timetable on Edinburgh-Aberdeen route replacing a 170, but likely only ONE set from May. Presume its down to the speed of vehicles coming out of Wabtec at Doncaster. Rich
