Old Dapol Loco Drive DCC conversion, can it be done, help needed

Hi all

 

I have been offered an old version of a Dapol N-gauge Flying Scotsman, these were not DCC ready and are loco drive models.

 

Anyone ever converted one of these older models to DCC, how did you go about it.
