Kend
Hi Folks, Is any one familiar with a Furnace Railway type L2. An 0-6-2 tank with slightly different weight distribution than the L2. I have a modified Chinese made Hornby chassis 0-6-0 plus pony truck with a resin body kit fitted. Looks a very nice loco and I would like to know more about it. Poor Old Bruce
Probably a Dean Sidings body.
Nick Holliday
If resin, then most probably Dean Sidings, but Millholme appear to have done the Furness Railway L2 in whitemetal, with its own chassis. You'll find more about the real loco here https://twsmedia.co.uk/furness-railway-cleator-tanks/
Kend
Thank you Gentlemen, the body is resin with white metal and brass fittings so I believe Dean Sidings is spot on.
