Mad McCann
For years I've used a humble, modest-sized spray booth which has been perfectly adequate for 2 & 4mm work. Lately though, the bulk of models I'm receiving seem to be 7mm diesels which given the size of the booth makes for awkward handling. I'm wondering how other large scale painters and weatheres have addressed this particular problem. Davy.
RMweb Gold Mick Bonwick Posted April 25, 2019 RMweb Gold Share Posted April 25, 2019 This is my solution: https://benchvent.com/shop/bv200s-a2-re-circulatory-glue-booth/ Larger locomotives sit on a piece of track securely glued to a plank of wood and with wooden blocks at each end. The plank can be lifted and turned, rather like a turntable, and the wheels can be turned by applying power to the track with the blocks preventing floorward dives. 1
