Looking to buy up to 4. Ideally unstarted kits, but would consider made up.

 

I have surplus modern image locos that maybe we could swap, e.g. Bachmann DRS class 57

I can't help with your search for warflats but why not make your own. They are easy enough using plastruct and embossed styrene.

I included the warwell photo just to show the bogies, also home made using brass frame.

i didn’t realise genesis have retired. Fortunately I have two semi completed kits for the future .

Thanks for posting your photos Graham your flats and wells look fine.

 

I have scratch built 2 flats and 2 wells using drawings from an old edition of Model Rail, and bogies, jacks and buffers from the now unavailable Appleby range.  They are ok,  I can scratch build the bodies, but I've struggled with bogies.

 

I've read that Olivia's made some spare GPS bogies for their BOC tankers, but can't source those either, and Stenson's GPS bogies aren't the right size.

Yes I didn't know either. There had been always been warflats on eBay and other places for ages, but I put off buying them.  Too late now...
