RMweb Premium Mallard60022 Posted June 25, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 25, 2019 En route from York to 36E last week I noticed an 08 sitting on the old Rossington Colliery line loop just south of 36A. It was at the front (?) of about 4 yellowish ballast looking wagons (not hoppers). Is this the loco engaged on shunting the new site at Rossington and can anyone tell me what rail activity goes on at the site please? Phil

62613
There's an 09 sat at what was the entrance to Collyhurst Sidings, just on the Manchester side of Miles Platting. Has anyone any idea why?
