Scalescenes - Small corner shops

Recommended Posts

As stated in my blog "Gloucester Road" progress on the construction of Scalescenes Small Corner Shops can be followed here. First will be just the store fronts, then with the corner shop itself in full size.

Day one: the base layer

Day two: the base cover layer (wall covering) and the store fronts have been added. The store fronts are built up in layers and give a real sense of depth to the front (even in n); window, doors and curtains have also been added.

I think the fish and chips sign needs to be straighted.

Looking good, ive got this kit too,in brick, the stone looks realy good.

Currently i have only built the corner building as a pub.The insides do have some nice details and can easily be added to ,like bits of clear sprue for glasses and beer pumps in mine and chairs and bed made from dass clay in upstairs rooms .

I look forward to seeing how yours progresses :O)

Tel2010, nice job finishing the pub, not sure if I can add that fine a detail in "n"but gives me something to aim for. Finished off the interior walls and test fitted them in place today.
