Hi. They’re for a friends sons train set so I don’t think Scale height will be important :)

 

Friend’s sons or friends son’s by the way? I’d go with the latter.

Are you sure? Have a similar set myself and they are push fit Lima style rather than triang type.  I gave them a couple of the triang ones and they’re a fixed in by a pressed ring arrangement.

No You Need the old Hornby Mk1 bogies which plug in like the Lima ones but not the new all singing ones that are fitted to there NEW Mk1 that have lights
