The Black Hat Posted April 27, 2020 Share Posted April 27, 2020 Hello, Thought I would check in to the fountain of knowledge that is on RM Web and ask for guidance and experience from others about any who have needed to send an ECoS for repair, back to Germany. Have you sent it direct to ECoS and what was the delay time in doing so? I have an issue with mine which I am very sure will need a replacement screen. Any insights would be most useful.
