Br north eastern region buildings blue colour paint

I wonder if anyone might possibly be able to help me please. I am looking for a suitable paint that matches the North Eastern region buildings blue colour. I've just had a look on Phoenix paints website thinking they would produce the colour but it doesn't seem like they do. 

 

Has anyone come up with a good enough paint match off the shelf? I have a timber platform shelter kit I want to do in this colour.
