Possible easier way to get 1 maker of Chinese models product

Aurora Miniatures (maker of some Chinese prototype models (DF5, DF4B, DF4E) as well as the Canadian SD60F) has a Canadian office set up to sell the SD60F to Canadian/American customers.

 

They today posted the following on another forum:

Products designated for the Chinese market I will be able to get a handful of each, and offer them for direct purchase as they become available.
The first run DF5 switcher is mostly sold out so will need to wait for re-run. The DF4B (mixed-use) and DF4E twin sets (heavy freight) locomotives are also being made. The current cover photo on our Facebook page is of the production DF4E and the sample SD60F.

 

I don't know if they are willing to ship outside of North America, but if you are interested in their Chinese prototype stuff it may be worth contacting them if you want to try and order from North America.

Their DF5 is outstanding, beautifully done.

Hattons have the DF4E under the Sinomodels brand. Pretty sure it's the Aurora model.
