Have you tried contacting the Cumbrian Railways Association? The have at the very least a downloadable diagram of the Larger Seagulls, Diagram 4 in their listing, together with a drawing by Bill Shillcock - listed as 4-4-0 No. 96 - and very likely more information if you enquire.
