009 chassis

Hi all hope you’re well

 

I am currently building a few 009 locos with 2 already near completion however I’m wondering what chassis everyone uses? 
 

a lot of the kits I see are for very old chassis you can’t get anymore

 

I’ve seen chassis on plaza Japan (I think its called) but I don’t know if any of these are a good swap put for say an Arnold 0-4-0 or 0-6-0,

 

so either people are recycling their old chassis or I’m missing a trick! 
 

I did see a nice kit from small run batch that had everything to make a chassis with the motor etc but its out of stock and I have no idea when it’ll be back.

 

So what does everyone else do about chassis?

 

and I guess a sub question is can you still get the Brian Madge cabless quarry hunslet kit anymore?
