NYMR Annual Steam Gala 2022

The North Yorkshire Moors Railway's Annual Steam Gala is on again. As usual, it will feature up to 3 visiting locomotives and the NYMR home fleet. 

 

The gala is on from the 22nd September until the 25th of September 2022 starting at 9:00am and finishing at 7:00pm each day.

 

Along the line, there will be a range of events including beer festivals at Levisham and Goathland stations, live music at Goathland and trade stalls at Pickering station.

The NYMR have just announced the full line up for the gala. 

 

Completing the line up is BR Standard class 5 73156 visiting from the Great Central Railway and Taff Vale Railway Class 02 No. 85 visiting from the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. 

 

These two locomotives will join 60007 and the NYMR home fleet for the steam gala.
