RMweb Gold C126 Posted July 2, 2022 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 2, 2022 After writing to the Brighton Belle Preservation Trust's committee, I found the reason my Direct Debit payments ceased in April was because they have changed their bank account. The officer kindly referred me to a letter of June 2020. I remember receiving something during the Covid confinement, but was unsure about it and did not understand it fully. There was no further explanation on their web-site either. May I just clarify with any other donors out there on RMWeb it is all 'pukka', and perhaps I missed more detailed explanations at the time. The new account's details are given, the branch being in Bishop Stortford. 'Communication' has not been the outstanding feature of this project; may I be reassured all is well, and I can set up a new Direct Debit without worry?
