Sound not Sync with Movement

Hi,

 

I’ve recently fitted a pair of Bachmann Class 450s with Loksound v5 Sound Decoders with Coastal DCC sounds.

 

However, I’ve noticed that the sounds are not matched to the movement, I.e. the acceleration of the model starts a long time after the acceleration sounds. I have noticed this on other models (not just Coastal projects)

 

I haven’t done anything to either decoder or model apart from changing the speaker.

 

How do I go about re-syncing the movement with sound, I’ve got JMRI decoder pro, I just need a little help in using it!
