Use of ESU ECoS 50210 controller with Dapol easifix signals

Hi, I am trying to use as ESU ECoS 50210 controller with a Megapoints DCC Adapter and Megapoints servo controller (12 connections)  to operate Dapol’s motorised lower quadrant signals 4L-001-001.

 

Has any one tried to do this ?
 

If so how does it work , wiring and configuring wise???
