Andy Healey
Does anyone do any ex NER elliptical or clerestory roof carriage kits in 00, all I can find LNER carriage wise is either Gresley or Thompson corridor stock or ex GER suburbans which wouldn't be anywhere near a North Eastern branch line. The Hornby Clerestory I am told are not truly NER or LNER.
micklner
Worsley Works do NER Clerestory "kits" only the basic etched parts. D&S did many NER kits now long discontinued ,and expensive when you do find any. Hornby are ancient r.t.r
Andy Healey
Never had a go at an etched kit, fills me with dread but will have to watch some videos! I have found a 3D Printed Autotrailer that I could use with my G5 but need something for my A8.

Not NER, I know, but by the time the A8s emerged from Darlington, these vehicles were starting to appear. (I also see that Isinglass are doing the suburbans too nowadays) Edited October 2, 2022 by MarkC
