Hi Guys, while not a railway modelling shop there is a wargames shop located behind Sharpes Pottery. I was recommended this by a friend and did not even know it was there. Opening hours are really user friendly as he opens from 4pm until 10pm. So i popped in last night. He stocks a good range of paints and tools.

Good shop, friendly staff and players, and the Barfield Brothers (who're big in the local tabletop gaming community and excellent modellers) tend to be between there and one of the Burton shops. Gaming geekery is really rising in this area, meaning we should be well served for tools, paint and other sundries from them for a good while.

I used to do “Flames of War” 1/100th scale WW2 wargames. Really into this, but my neighbour whom I used paint and game with emigrated to Belgium. We used to do both Eastern and Western Front scenarios.
