Kit appears complete although there are no chassis parts. I'm not sure whether these early MTK steam loco kits were supplied with a chassis, or, more likely, designed to fit a RTR chassis (possibly the Bachmann version). I think there is also a Wizard models Chassis kit for this prototype. There are no instructions and parts not checked, so a bit of a jigsaw hence the low price.
