Search for a Song

There are a couple of songs that my parents sang parts of. I'll post what I remember and see if anyone else knows them.

 

From my mother:

We've been to the pictures

And we sat at the back of the hall.

It was so very dark at the back there,

You could hardly see my friend and I at all.

Next to my friend sat a lady

In a coat of astrakhan.

And the only time I did look at the picture

She was cuddling my young man!

(something) and Sir Lancelot.

He's hot in his armour and so he sweats

And that is the reason he pants a lot.
