Trains4U offers four versions of the British Army 4x4 Weapons Mount Installation Kit (WMIK)

 

These 3D printed resin kits are supplied unpainted and are presented as a one-piece body, with five separate wheels and paint masks for the wheels on 1/76 versions

 

They are available in 1:76 (OO) scale for £10 each or in 1:148 (N) at 2 for £10

 

These variations represent the WMIK based on the Land Rover Wolf TUM throughout it’s lifetime.

1. British Army WMIK

This is the original WMIK

note the “Wolf” wheels with G90 tyres

This vehicle was Introduced in 1999

2. British Army EWMIK

This vehicle represents the Enhanced WMIK or EWMIK, which incorporated changes to the comms systems, underbody armour and weapons mounts.  The only real visible difference is the fifteen spoke alloy wheels with v-grip tyres.

3. British Army RWMIK (unarmoured)

This was the second kit released by Trains4U and represents the Revised WMIK 

The revisions included upgraded armour protection and full front rollcage

These upgrades were applied from 2009 and these vehicles are still in service

4. British Army RWMIK+ (Armoured)

This was Trains4U’s first 3D printed vehicle and represents the up-armoured RWMIK+
