pedanticmongrel
Work has been progressing further at Wenchford, more track has been laid today, along with building of 2 panels ready for switches and disgrams to be installed. the the return loop was wired up and the first locomotive (5972) passed from the inner mainline to the outer using the return loop. Finally some buildings were unpacked and pre-positioned to get a rough idea what Crotchley station will look like when built. Some pictures;

pedanticmongrel
construction has been taking place on the other through station on the layout, Meadhampstead Central. The platform is finished and so is main station building but the road overbridge to get to it still isn't finished. You might be able to tell which real station this station is loosly based on. Also I think you may agree it could be any more different from Crotchley station. pictures;

It is now 90733 because I was impressed with the real thing when I saw it at the GCR Gala back in october.
