The dark blue is RAL5022 Midnight Blue as discussed in a recent thread -

Humbrol No. 15,  Revell 32154 Night Blue, Phoenix Precision P298 First Group Blue. 

 

Somewhere on here years ago  (possibly even an older version of the forum) I posted the colours for that Serco/Abellio livery including the ghastly insipid lilac, if no-one else finds it over the weekend I'll have a look at work on Tuesday. The white is just white I think. It was in a thread about a 'what if' Northern liveried minibus providing a dedicated bus link, it started quite a debate in Northern's marketing team at the time as to whether they'd paint the bonnet yellow or not. 'Not' was the eventual conclusion.
