Looking for PW equipment to detail my layout

I'm looking for PW 'stuff' to go on some flat cars on my layout. I actually model in HO but OO would do. I have rails and sleepers, but I was hoping that someone might make 3D printed items to add some interest into the cameo.

 

I'm modelling 2001 and I really don't know enough about real railways to have any idea what might be possible. Just to clarify, I'm planning a to run two 40ft long flat cars in a track maintenance train and just want something more interesting than just rails and sleepers.

 

Any suggestions are very welcome.
