I’ve watched this over the past couple of weeks and it’s been quite enjoyable. It’s more travelogue than railway documentary but it’s none the worse for that. 
 

 

Heritage rail operations feature in a number of the episodes and there’s also a fair amount of social history content that I found interesting. 
 

In the UK it’s available free on Netflix to subscribers but also to rent or buy on Amazon.

Well if nothing else it will give the NHS doctors something to watch so those that have answered the recruiting drive by the AMA will know what sort of country they're coming to. Yes that's right the AMA has been offering NHS doctors the chance to immigrate to Australia with enticements of higher pay, shorter working hours, more time off and better weather. The UK is only a 24hr flight away.
