artizen
Hi everyone Just found this link on Railroad-Line Forum. An interesting alternative to hanging basket liner which is unobtainable in Australia anyway. Enjoy! I will be braving a SWMBO epicentre soon to find my very own blonde wig - you know you just need one after watching the video!
Guest Max Stafford
Good that. I hope Shane Warne's Mrs isn't a modeller or he's in bother...? Dave.

45157
That's clever, particularly the "sausage" bit, I have never seen that before. Thanks for the link. regards Stewart

artizen
Thanks everyone for taking the time to learn something new. I would never have seriously considered using blonde wigs for lush grass on any layout until I saw how it was done. I was in Denver last month and I was surprised to see sawdust and flock scatters still on the shelf. I cannot sell that stuff here any more, it has all gone to static grass now for simplicity and realism. The fact that you can create something realistic with simple materials without a $300 grassmaster is fantastic. Hope to see your efforts with wigs soon on these pages then!!!
