My H0e locos and wagons

A year ago, I decided to buy an H0e (009) startset from Roco, along with an HF 130 C.

The starterset cost around 130 euros (113 pounds), and the HF 110 C was about 170 euros (148 pounds).

In the startset you get a loop of track, a controller, an 0-6-0T and 6 mine wagons. I think it's a pretty nice set, tho the 0-6-0 runs poorly at slower speeds. But then again, the set is pretty cheap, so I wouldn't expect a "proper" loco.

And then the HF 110 C. To be honest, this is my favourite model that I own. It's beautiful, and it runs very smoothly. When I bought it (last year), it wasn't available in most shops, and I found the last one at a local model shop.

So after I bought the starterset and a tender loco, something was missing... the rollwagen!

Rollwagens are narrow gauge transporter wagons to carry standard gauge wagons.

But why? Well, instead of transferring the cargo from the standard gauge wagon to the narrow gauge wagons, you can just load the standard gauge wagon on a narrow gauge wagon!

While this did cause problems (and sort of ruin the concept of narrow gauge), like bigger rail profiles having to be used (which was originally avoided with narrow gauge) and a bigger loading gauge, which even caused a tunnel on the Weißeritztalbahn to be blown away.

Anyway, like the HF 110 C, Roco rollwagens were hard to find as they weren't being produced anymore. Again, I found them at some small retailer here in the Czech Republic and ordered 2 of them. I do not remember the exact price, but I think togheter they were about 60 euros (52 pounds).

These roco rollwagens sadly don't have adjustable blocks (I'm not sure how to call them) that stop the wagons from rolling off, so only some wagons fit on it.

But still, they're really nice! They're nicely detailed, and overall, I really like them. :)

And one last photo of the little 0-6-0 :)

While I don't have that much narrow gauge stuff, I plan on getting more when I financialy recover :D. Some of these photos were taken earlier today, specifically to post here, and some of them are older photos with the background poorly removed. Keep in mind that this is my first actual post here, so I'm still new to all of this. Thank's for reading! :)
