amdaley
Hello Everyone. I have a spare CS02 Command Station. Can I turn the CS02 into a 5amp Power Pro system by adding a 5 amp booster & if so what booster should I get ? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. Regards. Tony. Ron Ron Ron
Use the NCE PB5 UK. booster. It's designed to go with the CS02. https://www.ncedcc.com/online-store/PB5-UK-5-Amp-Booster-with-International-Power-Supply-p86747320 .

In principle, any booster that accepts a low power DCC signal as input. Its on two of the four wires in the "control bus" from the CS02. You may also need a "ground" wire to deal with short circuits, depends on details of booster(s) used. I suggest you research the details carefully, as I'm sure there will be ways to blow things up if done wrongly.
