kaiwhara
Gidday I have just received my 150/2 in RR colours, and think the model is absolutely brilliant. One issue I have found however is that the forward facing Cab Windows in the motorised car are actually not fixed in place, and often just "fall in". Now fixing this issue from what I've seen should be fairly straightforward, except for one problem. How am I supposed to get into the cab to fix this problem?? Hopefully some bright spark out there has a solution to this access problem! Cheers Andrew
Guest Moria
Have had similar problems before on models. 1) Coctail stick with small lump of blue tack on the end. 2) Gently, and without loosing bluetack inside cab, pick up window and ease back into place from outside the model. (this is a bit like doing a ship in a bottle trick.. sometimes works first time, sometimes you need to carefully pu it all down and come back tomorrow) 3) using Krystal Klear (or equivalent.. pva can also work, but not fully recommended) run a bead round the edge of the window. 4) leave suspended upside down so window cannot fall back in again overnight. Krystal klear should dry clear and provide enough hold to stop it happening again. Regards Graham
