RMweb Gold The Stationmaster Posted October 31, 2009 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 31, 2009 The Stationmaster Looks At Locos is my first gallery and has now been expanded beyond beyond preserved and 'very old' GW steam to include some more varied delights such as 46200 rusting at Upperby (in colour), 45517 on a train at York in 1959 (b&w), and even a few views of a Class 210 demu! Updates will be added as time etc permits and noted here although I'm somewhat at a loss as to how to link from here to there and my gallery now lies fairly deep in 'Prototype' (I think it's quicker to start from the back ). Hopefully - again with the time enemy in mind - the next gallery is likely to be 'The Stationmaster Goes Abroad' which will take a look at working steam locos (initially) in mainland Europe and a corner of Australia. Not sure where all this might finish up as I have somewhere in the region of 6,000 railway photos taken over nearly 50 years to work my way through at some time .
