Pete Seagull Posted August 28, 2010 Share Posted August 28, 2010 All I am trying to get the output of IRDOT MAS-sequencer to turn on a route indicator when amber or green aspects are lit. The problem is that there is not enough power to light both the signal aspect and the RI. I have found out that it's possible to amplify the voltage by using an NPN transistor but what type do I need to boost 5v to 12v? Also, is the attached diagram correct ?
