Speaking of GP15-1s

I didn't want to hijack Nick's thread on his Athearn GP15-1, but here's a photo of two original Walthers Trainline GP15-1s that have been on my layout since they first came out, about 1999. I added a fair amount of detail and replaced the wheels with NWSL nickel silver. They're perfectly adequate as runners and do nicely on my locals. I got one of the recent Walthers ones, which I think are overpriced compared to the Athearns, but I liked the UPY scheme on the new ones and got a decent price from a discounter.
