I've had two unfortunate instances where my couplings for both my 150s have snapped in two whilst uncoupling the coaches. After eventually finding Bachmann's service page, I filled out their form asking them how to get spares and then completely forgot about sending it. This morning, a package arrives with two new couplings (with electrical connectors). I was expecting just an e-mail telling me what do do!!!!!!!!!! I think that's thumbs up on both hands.
