skippy325 Posted December 9, 2010 Share Posted December 9, 2010 Just wanted to say Hi to all and introduce myself as the latest new kid on the block! Talking to various layout exhibitors at shows around the south, the message always seems to be that RM Web is where the action (and good info!) is to be found, so here goes! I'm gradually creating a BR blue post TOPS era DCC layout, loosely based on a combination of Princes Risborough on the GW/GC joint line where semaphores ruled until 1990, and the GW main line somewhere between Acton Yard and Reading! So plenty of scope to apply modellers licence! Plenty of questions to ask in the future, which I hope folk will be happy to answer, and also hope to be able to pass on some of my learning gained over the last two years since I walked out of Wickes with a pile of 2 x 1, sheets of 6mm plywood and a bag of screws!
