before i started work

N gauge model railway deacon road

i have removed the long thin are of ballast to be replace with hard standing and added some portacabins

Deacon road A2 2

removed area filled another area  filled another odd area of ballast removed i have also start putting in a back scene made up using phots of the Metcalf card kit i have used

I did one using phots of actual buildings but that looked a bit odd

not been doing much to the layout but have been getting on with the large back log of RTR to weather and fit dg couplings to  then I made a  restart on some half done kits and conversions

also now got my self a semi permanent work bench in the model room that can be left up all the time so no setting up and taking  down on the dining room table this has meant i am now doing a lot more modelling as the chore of setting up used to put me off this can be stored away under the layout when I want to work on the layout or run trains
