I have email them a few times regarding a outstanding order but I have not recieved any reply. I have outstanding order from 2 weeks ago. Derek Russan Posted February 4, 2011 Share Posted February 4, 2011 Sorry for any delays. All is well at Eileens despite it being silly season for shows with about 15 consecutive weekends. This does restrict the time during the rest of the week for mail order. Despite Anita going down with Tonsilitis all week we are reasonably up to date on orders. However many of our suppliers are extending their leadtimes. We do have an unusually high number of orders waiting to material to come in and are addressing this as hard as we can. I have emailed you the specifics for your order. I do not know what email address you were using, but I received no mail from you. sales@eileensemporium.com seems to be working fine.
