I'd seen the two Ian Futer's books at bookstalls but didn't rate them as they concentrated on a period that I'm not interested in. Have to admit; I'm loathe to part with anything from my book collection but every couple of years I go through it and anything I no longer want gets ripped up and thrown in the bucket. Mac.
