Being hard of hearing I avoid the telephone if possible. If they are on holiday, fine, but I would have hoped for an "out of office" message or something on their web site. I do not expect instant responses from emails, especially small suppliers, but maybe a weekly response can be hoped for. Any information appreciated. It was one of their stores about steel loads that prompted me to buy from MG Sharp and my story would mirror those in the link.
