Re6/6 11683
To kick-off the 7mm side of modelling 47s, I just thought I would share a couple of pictures of a DJH 47 that I built.
Jon020
That certainly looks very nice... hmmm, ahhh, the senior scale is nice!
Raffles
Very impressive... seems almost a shame to paint it.
Raffles
You're a bad man. On the basis of your experience, I fancy one myself. Did you keep the drawings?
richard carr
Your 47 looks great. Are you able to describe in detail how you repositioned the bogies and drag box, as that really needs doing on mine too. Kind regards Richard
Re6/6 11683
Richard, when I get the chance I will take some pictures and post them. I think that will show the modifications better than a written description. Modifications are not difficult, but well worth doing. Best regards, Kevyn

Owen Ryder
Kevyn, Many thanks for taking the time to share your photos. I was a bit apprehensive about buying the kit, knowing it did have some inaccuracies, but now I've seen how easy it is to fix, I'll be buying one of the next batch! Can you list all the modifications you made, and are you prepared to copy or have copied the original 47 drawings?! Thanks, Owen
