Sir Ray Posted July 31, 2011 Share Posted July 31, 2011 Hmm, I checked some US boards about the NYNJ railroad, and nobody seems to know where the tank cars are going to - there used to be a client (Safety Kleen) loading tank cars with waste oil in Bush Terminal yard, but that ended a few years back.
